Parker loves to rough play. I do not appreciate it, I guess cause I'm a girl. I always tell Parker that he needs to save it for Dad. And so he does.

When Brett gets home and Parker is wound up, I tell Brett he needs to rassel that boy. And so he does.

For the life of him Parker will not wrap his legs around Brett. For some reason he insists of riding like this, which makes him fall every 2 feet or so.

Brett for reals almost dropped him here. Close one.

Now this one gets my rassels. He is still small enough to be scooped and kissed on every inch of that chubby baby.

He's been working on them thighs. Wish mine looked as cute like that.

Can you handle the cuteness? I loves the hair sprouts on top. Tate lost most of his hair except for the back and the white patch of hair on top. Since this picture, his hair is coming in pretty good on top and those white hairs are like 5 inches long.

Memorial Day 2012

On Memorial Day, we went to a BBQ at my parent's house. My dad's co-worker was there and a couple of families from my parent's ward. The weather was nice, food was good, and Parker had friends to play with. Afterwards, we went to my grandpa's grave, which is about 10 minutes from my parent's house. I hadn't been there in years and it was really nice. I had forgotten was a beautiful graveyard it is.

My brother Jason brought his family up to visit while Cameron was here. It was our first time being ALL together in three years. Madi was missing (Cameron's fiance) so that was a bummer. It was SO NICE to see Jason, Amanda and their cute kids. I got to meet the lady for the first time and Parker loved playing with his cousins. He is still talking about them. We did a lot of fun things together. Some things not pictured were; an adults only dinner out (plus Tate), bowling, professional pictures, and  MOA with passes to Nickelodeon Universe. This is going to be a good year because we get to see Jason and Amanda again at the wedding! Yay!

BBQ at Elm Creek

In May, Cameron came home to take the MCAT. We loved spending time with him when he wasn't studying. One day, we went to Elm Creek Park and had a bbq. Parker was spoiled with attention like usual. Parker can now say Cameron and Courtney's name, instead of "aaron" and "nietnie".

Around Here

There are many reasons I love this picture; the cheeks, lips, baby cleavage, elbow dimples, the fact that he is sleeping...

I would have a million pictures of him sleeping if it didn't come with the risk of waking him up.

 

I brought the bumbo out for the first time and Parker insisted that I put his chair next to Tate. He thinks it is so cool to do anything with Tate. I think it's beyond adorable that he adores his brother. Tate LOVES watching Parker and smiles constantly at him. It makes me a tad jealous except that it is so flippin cute.

I told Parker he was too big. He proved me wrong. Similar to my relationship with my skinny jeans. Sure I can get them on, but do they really fit?...yes, yes they do. Don't tell me otherwise.
