Parker started smiling a couple weeks ago! Truly nothing better. He is looking JUST like his daddy now so now I need to add baby boo to his long list of nicknames. Other nicknames include; Mr. Floofloodoo, Mr. Man, and Parker Roo. He also started reaching for toys several weeks ago.

I would agree, he is looking so much like Brett. Some of his expressions, though, are very much Heather.
