Around Here: October 2013

Tim and Marnie gave us their old cozy coupe. It has made the boys happy since they don't have to take turns. Although, they sometimes argue over which car (they both like the old one better, go figure).
 Car wash!
The boys were excited for new jeans and shoes!
On a rainy day, Parker said he wanted to have a picnic on the beach. He set this up all by himself and said the blue blanket was the water. I was pretty proud of him!
 Going swimming :)
 Tate enjoyed it too.
Wow, a picture with me in it!

Tate makes us put crazy outfits on him, he loves it!
Silly boy, looks like a hockey player.
 Matchy matchy jammies!
Grandma and Grandpa Lindsay sent a puzzle letter!
Enjoying the blue skies and sharing a cookie!
Scarecrow Festival at the Arboretum with Great Grandma Barb.

They had some fun displays and we ate lunch in the cafeteria with Grandma too.
Brett took the boys to pumpkin day in Otsego where every child gets a free pumpkin. I was at Souper Saturday/Craft Day at church, one of my faves!

I think this belongs in one of those sexy firefighter calendars ;)
 Snuggles
My parents went to Europe and brought me some nice chocolate. Unfortunately, this is what Parker did when I wasn't looking. That was a brand new bar, one of the large kind. He admitted to a tummy ache later :)
 Brothers gotta hug.
Tate and his Didi that Amy made him.
 My cute boy.
 Crazy kids.
Excited about their Halloween cards with McDonald's gift cards from Nana and Papa.

Parker wanted to wear this to Church. We left the hat at home but kept the boots.
This boy LOVES Reese. So, of course she loves Parker, who is indifferent toward her.
Poor Daddy. He does all the work while we watch "It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown"
It's Thomas the Train! Daddy tried not to be excited when we found mold on Tate's pumpkin, so the boys shared this one.
 Little Cowboys.
Tate often locks himself in closets. Sometimes he wants to play hide-n-seek, other times he is pooping :)
Big brother feeding Tate some apples.
