Heather and Tate's Birthday 2013

The morning of our birthdays, Parker went to a friend's birthday party and came home with this outfit. Super Parker!
He's a good guy in case you are wondering.
 Grandma and Grandpa sent gifts!

A train and a book, perfect!
Here we are! Heather is 30 and Tate is 1! I can hardly believe his first year is over! Last year was a very memorable birthday for me and changed how I will think of my birthday forever now. He is the best birthday gift ever.

We had a few friends and family over for a party with pizza.

Somehow, all the pictures with Amanda and her kids that were visiting were blurry, but let it be known that they were present. Amanda even took most of these pictures for us.

A quick bath in the sink
 We love you Taters!
 Such a "Tate" face.

Valentine's Day 2013

Parker received a card and package in the mail for Valentine's Day. We also made heart shaped french toast in the morning.
 He loved opening everything!
He also exchanged Valentines with his friends at preschool.
This is what Parker gave out to his friends, obviously I'm proud of my work! Haha, another pinterest idea! The kids loved the cereal boxes, of course!

Around Here: January-mid February 2013

Parker and Reesums
Bath time pictures never get old.
Parker kept trying to get Tate to lay down with him. Of course, Tate got up every 5 seconds.

This was Parker's first Sunday as a Sunbeam, officially out of nursery!

Tate got pneumonia. We had to get creative in distracting him to take the neb. He loved riding the pony!

This is when I knew Parker was sick. He fell asleep on the floor. Something he has only done one other time. Sure enough, I felt him and he had a fever.

Happy Birthday Mom and Dad! Their birthdays are a week apart. They are so lucky because they can go out and use all their birthday coupons for free food together!

Time for Reese's semi-annual bath. She doesn't enjoy it, but she takes it like a champ.
Guess what Tate's favorite new trick is? Can you see it?
Yup, every meal we have to check his ears. He loves sticking food in there.
See?

Parker's first day of preschool. He goes twice a week for 2 hours. One of those days, the parents go with them (Tate is watched in a room down the hall while I go with Parker). On parents day, we play with the kids for the first half and the second hour we go to another room and drink coffee (hot chocolate for me :) and talk. The other mom's are really nice and we have enjoyed it.
Getting ready for preschool when its -15 outside. Not fun; lots of layers which takes forever and running the car for a few minutes before we get in.
Wearing brother's glasses!

Tate makes this hand motion when playing with this toy because I ask him, "where did they go?"

Since we don't heat the sunroom in the winter, the windows froze over during one storm. It looked kinda "cool", see what I just did there?
Out of order, just some frost in the sunroom on another day.
There is the frozen window!
Frost creeping in our front door!
